patient care plans in a medsurg setting. Manage care for
post-operative patients through discharge. Administrate
medications, monitor recovering, and promptly manage any
complications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
to facilitate holistic patient care. Keep accurate documentation of
patient status and ensure confidentiality. Strong clinical skills
in a medical or surgical setting. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment. Proficient in using healthcare software for patient
management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment.
BLS/ACLS Certification.
