role requires a professional Registered Nurse adept at coordinating
and providing comprehensive perioperative care in a hospital
setting, consistently applying the nursing process and adhering to
recognized standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide competent
patient care that includes physical, psychosocial, educational, and
safety components for surgical patients. Assess patients and
families for readiness and ability to learn, utilizing appropriate
educational resources. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
members to evaluate patient care and revise care plans as
necessary. Organize and prioritize nursing care according to
patient needs and safety protocols. Perform bedside point-of-care
testing aligned with patient care plans. Promote a safe, clean, and
secure environment within the operating room. Participate in
professional development activities, including attending education
programs and collaborating on unit goals. Communicate effectively
to ensure continuity of care and appropriate discharge planning.
Contribute to cost-effective care initiatives and
intra/interdepartmental collaboration. Stay informed on public
policy, healthcare regulations, and evidence-based research
relevant to perioperative nursing. Desired Qualifications: Current
RN licensure with experience in operating room nursing. Ability to
