Key Responsibilities: Serve as a circulator during general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy procedures Assist anesthesia providers with intubation as needed Maintain OR readiness through case picking, restocking supplies, and cleaning tasks Provide flexible coverage including rare opportunities to assist in PACU Participate in weekend and weekday call rotations with a maximum 13-week rotation duration Qualifications/Desired Experience: Active RN license with a minimum of 3 years operating room circulator experience Prior experience in Critical Access Hospitals or resource-limited settings preferred Ability to independently manage a variety of routine surgical procedures Flexibility and teamwork mindset to support diverse OR needs Schedule: Full-time equivalent with preferred shifts of 10 or 12 hours, 8-hour shift options considered Weekend call typically on a 1:4 rotation; weekday call rotates by day This contract offers meaningful clinical work in a community-focused surgical environment with a supportive team.
