Job Description:
Looking for a flexible role, the ability to set your own
schedule, and the chance to earn more as a collaborating physician?
At Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, our mission is to build
trusted relationships to make people healthier. We’re hiring
collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors to support clinicians
performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina.
Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of
Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician
assistants they oversee. State License Required Licensed in SC
Out-of-state clinicians must complete at least one day, or conduct
a minimum of 5 in-home visits in the state of SC per year to
qualify as a SC Collab (see details below) Airfare, Hotel, and
Rental Car available (depending on eligibility) Interested in
in-home visits as well? Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to
health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical
history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a
health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated,
patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe
medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment
regimen. Flexible schedule based on your preferences and
availability Additional compensation opportunities via our
pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member
qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
