members of our client care team. *LPN/RN Private Duty Nurse needed
in Wilmington on Saturdays and Sundays from 8AM-8PM Job Overview:

to providing exceptional in-home care services to medically fragile
adult and pediatric clients. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play
a crucial role in delivering complex treatments and personalized
care to clients with diverse medical needs in the comfort of their
homes. We offer stable client assignments, flexible shifts, and a

dedication to patient care. Duties: - Evaluate and treat clients
based on their individual medical needs under the supervision of an
RN or Clinical Manager. - Provide continuity of care and address
the emotional needs of clients and their families. - Demonstrate
resourcefulness in meeting clients' psychosocial needs. - Uphold
client rights and responsibilities while making sound nursing
judgments. - Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure proper
management of client services. - Utilize equipment competently and
communicate relevant information in accordance with agency
policies. - Monitor clients' physical, emotional, and mental
status, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate
personnel. - Document all forms of communication with clients,
families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. -
Foster relationships with clients to promote compliance with care
plans and enhance client safety. - Maintain accurate clinical
documentation and shift reports according to agency guidelines. -
Adhere to infection control policies, safety measures, and HIPAA
regulations. Skills: - Active, Unencumbered Registered Nurse or
Licensed Practical Nurse license in NC. - CPR Certification. -
Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage. - Customer
service-oriented with strong communication skills. - Ability to
work independently and demonstrate effective decision-making. -
Proficient in utilizing technology/computerized systems. Benefits

Requirements Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited
school of nursing. Licensure / Certification: Licensed practical
nurse (LPN) who is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
(NCBON). Must have a current, unencumbered license as an LPN, or an
Advanced Practice Nurse. Must be in good standing in the applicable
state of practice. Must maintain all state and federal compliance
requirements for licensure and employment.
