hospital-based practiceThe cancer center provides highly disease
specialized multidisciplinary cancer care in collaboration with
radiation oncology, gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology,
advanced radiology and pathology. This collaboration allows the
medical hematology and oncology team to provide the highest level
of care to all patientsTumor board collaboration, multidisciplinary
clinics, and advanced hospice and palliative care opportunities
allow many opportunities for clinicians to function at a high level
of involvement and job satisfactionTeam of 11 medical oncologists
and 8 advanced practice providersCall is 1 in 11 and evenly
distributedRobust hospitalist service managing admissionsWe believe
in disease site specialization and the majority of our physicians
focus their clinical practices around only 1 or 2 primary disease
sitesPatient population 18+ Comp/Benefits:Two-year salary guarantee
with the ability to transition to a productivity-based model as
