is based in Windsor, North Carolina, a welcoming small town in

personal life.In this outpatient clinic setting, you will join a

diverse adult and adolescent population, including individuals
recovering from surgery, managing chronic musculoskeletal
conditions, and working toward improved mobility, function, and
performance. You can expect a varied caseload with orthopedics,
spine, sports-related injuries, general deconditioning, gait and
balance issues, and some neurologically involved patients who are
appropriate for an outpatient environment.Your primary
responsibilities will include performing comprehensive physical
therapy evaluations, developing individualized plans of care based
on current evidence and patient goals, and delivering hands-on
interventions and therapeutic exercise programs. You will use a
combination of manual therapy, therapeutic activities,
neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to promote
functional recovery and long-term health. A typical day will
include a mix of initial evaluations and follow-up treatment
sessions, with scheduling designed to support both clinical
efficiency and high-quality, one-on-one patient interactions.You
will document care using an electronic medical record system,
maintain accurate and timely notes, and work closely with referring
providers to coordinate treatment plans, share progress updates,
and support continuity of care. The clinic fosters a collegial,
team-based environment where therapists consult with one another on
complex cases, share best practices, and encourage professional
development. Newer clinicians can benefit from mentorship, while
more experienced therapists can help guide clinical practice and
contribute to program development.
