Job Description:

support is provided. We are seeking a Customer Support Team Member
to work with customers ensuring every customer receives exceptional
care, reinforce brand loyalty, and contribute to our mission of
delivering wireless sales solutions. As a Customer Support Team
Member, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers to
bring brand awareness, resolving inquiries, providing tailored
solutions, and assist with the sales process. If you are a clear

redefining direct engagement. Responsibilities of the Customer
Support Team Member: Act as the primary contact for customers,
delivering personalized support and timely assistance Clarify
service plans, billing, and device features to ensure customer
understanding and satisfaction. Troubleshoot basic technical issues
and escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams Guide
customers through service updates, account changes, processing
orders and feature activations Educate customers on maximizing
their AT&T services benefits and recommend relevant upgrades
Capture and document customer feedback to identify trends and
enhance service quality Maintain accurate records of all
interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
