What You Need: As an example, people currently in this role typically have: 5 years of people management experience within an Agile environment A proven track record leading multiple teams (or a large, cross-functional team) that design, build, operate, and support the software they write Experience driving technical and organizational strategy, including partnering with product and architecture leaders to shape roadmaps and strategy.
