best-in-class. As a Senior Associate within the Fraud Strategy
Team, you will generate insightful analytics and provide
recommendations concerning risk criteria development,
implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring.
Your role will require a deep understanding of the problem
universe, data analysis to understand root causes, and the use of
analytics to design and implement solutions. You will play a
pivotal role in promoting end-to-end solutions that mitigate risk
while balancing the minimization of revenue loss, operating costs,
and customer impacts. Job Responsibilities: You will monitor the
fraud trends in the portfolio to develop insights around potential
gaps in our defenses and propose solutions by leveraging data from
across the firm, advanced machine learning models, and other
advanced analytics. You will develop strategies and actions that
balance the tradeoff amongst fraud losses, operational expenses
driven by fraud strategies, and customer impacts from fraud
prevention efforts. You will work closely with partners across the
firm to deliver on joint priorities that keep the firm and our
customers safe from fraud while helping the business grow. You will
also be responsible for working closely with fraud risk technical
product team to deliver best in class fraud fighting capabilities
to protect our customers. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and
Skills: Bachelor’s degree. 2 years of professional experience
related to risk management, strategic analytics, or data science.
Strong knowledge of programming language like SAS, SQL, Python.
Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with
the ability to interpret large amounts of data to monitor and
uncover behaviors and trends in fraudulent activity. Strong, clear,
and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit
and prepare executive level communications. Proficient in Excel &
PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and project management skills;
able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven
ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships. High degree
of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under
pressure. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Prior
experience working in Fraud strategy Intellectual curiosity with a
proven ability to learn quickly
