Job Description:
TruGreen, a leader in the lawn care industry, is seeking a
Residential Lawn Specialist/Aerator to join our skilled team. This
role is crucial for providing top-notch lawn aerating services
tailored to meet the needs of our residential clients. This
position involves hands-on work in various outdoor conditions and
requires a keen understanding of lawn health practices, ensuring
that services are delivered safely and effectively, keeping in line
with TruGreen's commitment to client satisfaction and environmental
wellbeing. Operating aeration equipment safely and efficiently to
ventilate residential lawns. Applying lawn treatment products under
different environmental conditions. Assessing the lawn condition
and developing specific solutions based on client needs. Scheduling
and confirming appointments to maintain efficiency and meet
productivity goals. Educating clients on lawn maintenance best
practices and the benefits of regular aeration. Maintaining
equipment to ensure it operates correctly and safely. Adhering to
all company and local environmental regulations. Proficiency in
operating lawn care machinery and tools. Strong knowledge of
agronomy, turf management, and basic horticulture. Ability to work
under various outdoor conditions. Excellent organizational and time
management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
