in NC is seeking an individual to work full time as a Medical
Equipment Service Specialist in Dunn, NC and surrounding areas.
This position involves delivering, picking up and conducting
service calls for durable home medical equipment. Position Outline:
· Schedule and perform delivery and pick up of medical equipment at
patients’ homes, hospitals, or other clinical environments as
necessary. · On site repair of broken equipment as needed ·
Refurbishing worn equipment as needed · Maintain service center
equipment, in patient ready condition at all time · Coordinate
weekly inventory audits and inform corporate service coordinator of
needed inventory · Ensure service vehicles are maintained
appropriately · Perform any other task assigned by the manager
Requirements: Applicant Requirements: · Intermediate knowledge of
electronics and mechanics · Customer service oriented and
willingness to work with patients in their homes. · Ability to meet
and communicate with patients. · Ability to learn equipment and
instruct patients. · Ability to lift, up to 80 pounds · Attention
to paperwork detail. · Computer literate Microsoft Word and Excel ·
Current driver’s license and clean driving record is required
Professionalism and Communication skills a MUST Drug
screen/Background check required
