Atlantic Staffing has an opening for a client in Currie, NC. Work four 10 hour shifts and get 3 day weekends! • Position: Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate • Pay: $18/hour • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:30 PM 40 hours per week (overtime is sometimes available and mandatory) • Duties of the Ramp Laborer: Prepare surfaces and containers for painting. Scraping paint from containers and wiping them down for paint prep Wear and maintain PPE daily Assist with final prep, clean-up, and shipping. Climb ladders, scaffolds, and in/out of large steel containers. Operates the forklift Requirements of the Ramp Laborer: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly. Recent Forklift Certification or recent 1-2 years of Sit Down Forklift Previous experience painting a huge plus Comfortable working with solvents. Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet. Strong work ethics and team-oriented attitude. Must provide and wear your own Steel Toe Boots Schedule for the Ramp Laborer: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 40 hours per week Occasional mandatory overtime.
