Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY Operate equipment to produce product that is in
full compliance to required product specifications and any
instructions appearing on the manufacturing order. Ensure
uninterrupted production flow in Assembly process. Monday-Friday
6:00am-2:30pm with some Saturdays Operate equipment to produce

specifications and any instructions appearing on the manufacturing
order. Consistently meet production rates while meeting all quality
and safety standards. Responsible for daily preventative
maintenance duties for machine. Responsible for setting up each job
based on requirements on each job packet. Work with maintenance to
reduce mechanical downtime. Comply to and support all aspects of
the nVent quality system. Actively participates in continuous
improvement activities as requested. Observe all prescribed safety
rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly
condition. Perform other related duties as assigned or directed
which may require more than the normal shift hours or work week to
meet company needs. YOU HAVE: High School Diploma or equivalent
preferred. Over one year experience in manufacturing facility
required. Must either have prior forklift training or be able to
receive forklift training. Basic skills (reading, writing) Blue
print reading, basic (simple geometric parts, interpret dimensions)
Measuring tools, basic (Calipers, Micrometers, Copper Thickness
Gauge) Basic Math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds. This position requires pulling,
lifting, and pushing steel coil material. Must communicate well
with others. Skill in using personal computers including Microsoft
Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Nesco Resource offers a
