You will report to the Supervisor, Bulk Maintenance and work onsite
at our CSL Seqirus location in Holly Springs, NC. Benefits Include

hiring for a level 3 individual who has the below skill set.
Responsibilities Detailed knowledge of equipment in assigned area;
may serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more pieces of
equipment. Greater than 90 percent scheduled obtainment for
assigned PMs; no overdue work orders. You can work with other
departments on complex issues. Ability to identify critical
components and work with storeroom to obtain them. You will have a
full understanding of P&IDs and schematics Experience with
maintenance concepts, techniques, and best practices. Ability to
review equipment and product impact / work with quality / sterility
on potential deviations / impacts to production. Lead teams when
applicable in drafting new PMs, creating work instructions, and
troubleshooting guides. Serve as Lead Mechanic in the event of
shift lead being absent. Ensure all safety incidents are properly
reported within appropriate timelines. Ensure all emergency work
orders for shift are properly documented and completed as required.
Support, trains and mentor junior technicians in all aspects of
Process Maintenance. Obtain your Train the Trainer Certification.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or
technical training; Associate's degree in Engineering, Physical or
Biological Science preferred 5 years' relevant experience
Pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred Experience
training/mentoring more junior individuals a plus Different
qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal
