production running smoothly Cleaning industrial equipment and
workstations Complete quality checks and follow safety protocols
Communicate issues clearly and work as part of a close-knit team Be

rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends Ability to follow all West

bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume
conditions Successful completion of a background check, drug
screen, and physical High School Diploma or GED ? NICE-TO-HAVE
(Preferred but not required) Minimum of six (6) months of
experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Positive
employee referral or professional reference Interest in learning
new skills and cross-training over time Demonstrated ability to
