MUST-HAVE (Non-Negotiables) Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Ability to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume conditions Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical High School Diploma or GED ?
