About the Role: As a Production Assembly Team Member, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, custom-manufactured parts and enclosures. Your key responsibilities will include: Assembling and finishing custom enclosures, parts, and components according to customer specifications. Testing and packaging completed units to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. Receiving goods and materials at the production facility and ensuring accurate inventory management. Preparing and shipping completed units to customers, adhering to all shipping guidelines and schedules. Inspecting and troubleshooting products to maintain strict quality assurance. Collaborating with other team members to meet production deadlines and solve challenges. Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe by following company policies and safety guidelines.
