As a Maintenance Technician within our Engineering & Maintenance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our production lines. This position requires a skilled technician who can ensure that machinery and equipment perform at optimal levels, enhancing our ability to create top-quality, delightful products for our consumers worldwide. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to minimize downtime. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, and test machine setups. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Record maintenance and repair work performed and the costs of the work. Coordinate with the teams to facilitate efficient operations within production schedules. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance protocols. Solid background in reading schematics and mechanical diagrams. Working knowledge of safety standards in a production environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from a recognized trade body such as the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) is a plus. OSHA Safety Certification is advantageous.
