As aSMB Telesales Supervisor, you will hire and train a team ofessential SMB TelesalesRepresentatives, evaluate your team's operations, monitor their progress, and coach them to success. YOUR FOCUS (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

You will also:

  • Oversee daily operations of theteam
  • Assist in establishing sales goals and plans for individual team performance
  • Coach and developyourteam to successthroughdrivingsales performancefor assigned accounts,includingperformance management
  • At all timesensure that the work area issecured, and consumer informationis protectedin a paperless and outside device-free environment
  • Oversee the claims process and provide an excellent customer experience for escalated situationsincluding fulfillment of claims through internal claims system
  • Pull reports and listen to calls for quality control
  • Follow up on the team's overall customer service tickets and provide solutionstorepresentatives for follow-through
  • Ensure tickets areresolved in an orderly timeframe
  • Create shipping labels for outgoing equipment
  • Help the team take calls during high call flow times
  • Assist with scheduling representative time off
  • Ensure compliance withall company safety & wellness protocols including pre-shift temperature check requirements
  • Manage daily duties to provide time for other tasks that may arise
  • Work closely with thecall center leadershipteam to ensure full team potentialis met
  • Maintain a working relationship with all internal partners
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS):

We look for the Call Center Supervisor to have a passion forsales andexcellent customer service. Of course, being extremely organized and able to develop deep relationships internally and externally will be a requirement for this role. You should be proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems. We also look for the Call Center Supervisor to bring:

  • High School Diplomarequired;Associates degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in a SMB sales, customer service or retail setting or equivalent understanding of customer service and sales
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a sales center setting preferred
  • Telesales experience preferred
  • B2B knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrable analytical, leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills
  • Speak fluent English clearly and with confidence
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate through tense situations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability tosit and standfor extended periods of time
  • Work in an open call center environment
  • Ability to wear a face covering throughout a full work shift which covers your nose and mouth, orothersufficient alternative
