-Access employee files, name or rename file in accordance with defined naming conventions, upload files to correct employee profile in the HRIS system.-Download employee DocuSign documents, name or correctly rename file, upload to correct employee profile in HRIS system.-Download background documents, rename and upload to correct employee profile in HRIS system. Minimum Requirements-2+ years previous administrative experience -Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel (creating/copying basic formulas) -Accounting experience, understanding of invoices and payments-Experience working with Purchase Orders ! -Detail oriented and good analysis skills-Great communication skills
