At our Support Center in Greenville, SC, we are looking for professional Help Desk Technicians who can provide support to our customers across the USA. These are full time positions with excellent benefits and opportunity for qualified & motivated individuals to advance rapidly.

Shift:

Our LiveSupport Center is a 24-hour operation, so the ability to work any shift is strongly desired

The first 4-6 weeks are worked 8:30am-5pm Monday thru Friday.

After training Technicians are placed on assigned schedule:

  • 2nd Shift - 12pm-10pm (8-hour shift), with rotating days off
  • 3rd Shift - 8pm-8:30am (10-hour shift), with rotating days off

Pay:

  • This is an entry-level position, and starting pay is typically in the $15.00-16.00hour range.

Here's an idea of what you'll be doing:

  • Working within multiple Operating Systems (Windows and iOS)
  • Providing first level support of service requests in a Help Desk environment
  • Creating, maintaining, and resolving support tickets submitted via phone or email
  • Responsible for supporting Postec-offered POS solutions
  • Resolving network issues: WAN/LAN connectivity, switches, firewalls, ISP issues, and AP's
  • Exceeding customers' expectations by building trust, creating partnerships, and being emotionally engaged
  • All new hires are enrolled in a 4-week Training Program designed to get you familiar with our company culture, systems, and procedures.
  • Continuing education is expected for all our employees. Staff interest in cross training could have opportunities in our Field Services, Installations, Professional Services, and Sales/Account management careers.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass Background Check required
  • Previous Call Center or Hospitality/Retail Point of Sale experience a plus
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or 1-3 years related experience
  • Proven experience of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Can work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work 40-hour schedule to support 24/7 operations and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Windows and iOS Operating Systems
  • Technical mindset with ability to quickly learn new software and hardware solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and positive experiences
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Excellent verbal, typed, and written communication skills
