Senior Transaction Advisory Consultant

Compensation: $95/hour and up

Location: Fully Remote Nationwide (WFH)

Duration: Indefinite – Varied depending on the project

Required experience: Previous experience in Transaction Services, including buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence. QofE (Quality of Earnings) experience preferred.

• Financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
• Quality of Earnings Analysis
• Post-merger integrations
• Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis
• M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Taxes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• Previous Transaction Advisory experience (Required)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
