Job Title: Night Observer and Auditor

Job Overview: LIFE, Inc. provides Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities. LIFE, Inc. is looking for a full time and potentially a part-time (weekends) person to work nights at our corporate office. This position would work from midnight to 8am or 11pm to 7am.

Job Duties:

* Reviewing live camera footage of the public areas at each of our group homes throughout eastern NC.
* Make nightly contact with 3rd shift personnel in each facility.
* Quality Assurance/Quality Inspections shift duties conducted by 3rd shift personnel in each facility
* Contact point for 3rd shift personnel in each facility for emergencies.
* Collect census information for each facility.
* Review and create reports regarding missed bed checks, objective data, shift duties, missed timeclock punches, etc.
Job Requirements:

* Experience is a Plus


* Minimum of High School Diploma or GED


* A self-starter who is proactive and energetic able to work independently.


* Valid NC Driver's License


* Display strong oral and written communication skills.


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Maintain a safe environment


* Background Check


* Probationary Drug Test


* Will be on camera
