IntroductionIBM Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Sales & Delivery Executive to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in the US. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions in the BPO space.Your role and responsibilitiesAs BPO Associate Partner, you will be responsible for developing and driving the BPO business with a focus on:

• Building the BPO pipeline
• Holding client meetings to present IBM BPO solutions and strengthen client relationships
• Developing client solutions and IBM offers with the BPO solutioning team to meet client requirements
• Managing the contracting process with clients
