Job Description:

Team Leaders




Summary: Leads daily production work team activities, as directed by Production Manager by performing the following duties.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



Acts as a role model for other associates


Ensures daily production plan is met;


Ensures safety practices are followed, to include proper use of PPE;


Previous supervisory experience preferred



Education/Experience:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED);



Computer Skills:


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP manufacturing software.
