corporate and executive narratives that connect Pendo’s mission,
products, and market insights to broader industry and cultural

high-quality storytelling across owned channels and events Leverage
AI and emerging technologies to enhance content creation, team
efficiency, and performance analysis — scaling the team’s
creativity and output. Manage agency relationships, ensuring
alignment and excellence across earned, owned, and shared media
programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product,
and people teams to support and drive marketing campaigns, product
launches, event promotion, employer brand and community
initiatives. Measure and report impact, establishing KPIs with an
eye toward continuous improvement Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS
degree required; preference for communications, journalism,
marketing, or related field. Minimum of ten (10) years of
communications, PR, or editorial experience Minimum of five (5)
years leading integrated teams in high-growth B2B tech or SaaS
environments. Proven success developing global media strategies and
securing top-tier coverage. Demonstrated ability to craft
narratives and content that resonate across audiences and
platforms. Experience supporting and coaching executives on
messaging, thought leadership, and public speaking. Strong writing,
editing, and storytelling skills; mastery of journalistic and AP
style. Must be authorized to work in the United States without need
for current or future sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Deep
understanding of the business, technology, and SaaS media
landscape. Experience building and scaling executive communications
programs. Comfort navigating and experimenting with AI tools to
accelerate content and communications work. A mix of creative and
analytical thinking — capable of both big ideas and operational
excellence. Collaborative leadership style with experience managing
agencies and high-performing teams. Exceptional organization and
prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
