AsFleet Call Center Clerkyou will answer incoming service requests from national customers through various systems; i.e. email, Customer Portal, telephone, etc. Input information into our Fleet business system to forward service request to the local dealership that will perform the service. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by manager. The Fleet Call Center Clerk Will Provide the Following Key Accountabilities: - Answer incoming service requests from national customers through various systems, such as email, telephone, and the Customer Portal. - Properly enter service requests, inbound and outbound call information and any update information regarding call instance into the Fleet business system. - Other administrative tasks as assigned by manager - An effective, efficient and positive customer experience resulting in high customer satisfaction. - High level of accuracy and increased efficiencies to meet customer needs. - Provide support to meet routine department functions and maintain department synergy and teamwork.
