Key Responsibilities:

• Act as lead on drafting proposals and scope of work
• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, and technology)
• Write the engagement letter and choose their team
• Identify the gaps and process and technology improvements
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on systems
• Quickly learn ERP systems and third-party applications to assist with implementations
• Oversee transactional flow analysis to assist in correcting errors
• Formulate plan and timeline for projects
• Manage complex ERP implementations
• Convert records for input into new systems
• Consult with clients on best practices for their business processes
• Attend client and prospecting functions
• Prepare scopes of works, proposals, engagement letters
• Manage team Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10 to 15 years relevant work experience
  • 5 years as senior level leader desired but not mandatory
  • Experience with CRM, Finance and Accounting, and Inventory modules
  • Proficiency with financial systems, inventory processes, and general ledger
  • EFP implementation experience (multiple ERP systems a plus)
  • Knowledge of the function of ERP and the modules
  • Project management and people management experience
  • Ability to manage project budgets, change orders, and timelines
  • Experience in manufacturing processes and inventory structure
  • Knowledge of third-party applications that work with business applications Education/Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting, business management, information systems OR related Location: Hybrid in Greenville, SC with 25% travel to Charlotte, Charleston, and Columbia, SC, and Chattanooga, TN.
