Superior Contracting & Maintenance is looking for high-integrity HVAC Partners to join one of the fastest growing maintenance companies in the Southeast! We pay for experience.
Job Description: Troubleshoot and complete pre-scheduled work orders within your coverage area. Our HVAC Partners are expected to professionally troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all heating, cooling, and ventilation scopes on single-family and multi-family homes. Communicate with our support team to verify repair quality and approve your work for payment on-site. We purchase all materials required to complete jobs so you're never out of pocket for any job-related expense. We approve labor payments daily. No selling required. This is not a commission-based position. Requirements 1) Must be able to pass a background check and drug test 2) Must have your own equipment, tools, and reliable transportation 3) Must have a minimum 3 years of related work experience 4) Must be able to effectively communicate job details Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time
Salary: $400-500/per day average (changeouts pay substantially more) Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Unlimited overtime is available.
