We are currently seeking a Fire Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative to join our visionary sales team. This role involves promoting and securing maintenance agreements for our fire protection products, tailored to meet diverse client needs while enhancing building safety and compliance. Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities within the fire protection products sector. Educate customers on the benefits and features of our maintenance agreements and fire protection systems. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies and client requirements. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure contract renewals and promote customer loyalty. Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met post-sale. Meet or exceed annual sales targets and contribute to overall team and business objectives. Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and fire protection products. Proven negotiation and sales closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategic business relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) preferred. Sales or industry-specific certifications are advantageous.
