are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in
kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local

representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other
members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create
new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the
appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.

passion for customer service. Responsibilities Customer
Relationship Management Evaluate customer inquiries to determine
appropriate service level—resolving issues directly or escalate to
specialized support teams Building customer loyalty by
understanding business needs and developing tailored solutions that
create mutual value Leverage CRM and company tools to enhance
customer interactions, track engagement history, and implement best
practices Implement strategic time management to optimize
productivity and customer response times Support account
development with clear revenue, product mix, and profitability
goals Prepare quotes and pricing aligned with company standards and
customer expectations Gain insight into customer operations,
successful metrics, and purchasing processes Deliver professional,
knowledgeable service that reflects company values at every
customer touchpoint Adapt communication style to effectively engage
different customer segments throughout the supply chain Practice
consultative selling through attentive listening and meaningful
dialogue Technical Expertise & Market Knowledge Assess technical
requirements to determine when specialist support is needed Master
product specifications, applications, and benefits across all
company offerings Pursue continuous learning through industry
associations, manufacturing training, and professional development
programs Stay current with market trends, customer preferences,
supplier capabilities, and competitive landscape Monitor competitor
products and position to maintain competitive advantage Identify
opportunities and provide insights on product development and
pricing strategies Professional Skills Communicate effectively
through various channels with clarity and professionalism Maintain
professional standards in appearance and conduct per company
guidelines Actively participate in team meetings, training
sessions, and company events Demonstrate proficiency in business
applications including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and
communication platforms Understand company financial models and

Requirements: Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Previous sales experience Product/applications experience Basic
computer proficiency Preferred: Previous experience in plumbing,
irrigation, or a related industry Minimum 2 years in similar
position Wholesale distribution experience Customer-facing sales
experience Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage time and multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable with initiating sales and recommending additional
products Team player with a positive attitude
