Description The Construction Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, maintain tight control over project cost and schedule, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of construction from project inception to completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality goals. Collaborate with internal development, design, and operations teams, as well as external consultants and contractors. Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities and maintain strong on-site presence through regular visits and inspections. Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation using standard construction management software. Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local permitting requirements. Track and report on project performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5 years of experience managing multifamily or commercial construction projects. Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and project cost control. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
