Join Aramark as a Concessions Kitchen Supervisor within our Food & Beverage Operations, in the Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management department. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our concession kitchen, ensuring efficient service and compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and training personnel to meet Aramark's high standards of food quality and service. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, who can uphold our values of diversity and innovation. Experience in food safety and related certifications will be highly beneficial. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff in concession operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Train new staff and provide ongoing development opportunities for current employees. Collaborate with the event management team to ensure the efficient delivery of services during events. Monitor quality and presentation of food products to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Assist with the creation and execution of menus for events, considering dietary requirements.
