Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Farmville, NC Pay Range: $14.50 Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Operate machines such as Punch Press and Brake Press to support production needs Perform tasks involving simple repetitive operations following established routines Work from detailed instructions and directions provided by supervisors Assist in moving materials as needed to ensure smooth workflow Maintain regular attendance to support team productivity What's Needed? Ability to read and write effectively Ability to read a measuring tape accurately Follow instructions and inspect materials for quality Capability to lift 10-20 pounds intermittently Stand most of the time on concrete floors and perform repetitive bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, twisting, pushing, and pulling What's in it for me?
